I've been checking out all sorts of air coolers. Even now, Dark Rock TF 2 consistently shows as the most efficient air cooler that I can find. It's also a far more useable size than most other air coolers.

I have this case on the right side of my desk right now, I want to put my case on the left side of my desk and still being able to see my rgb setup Is it possible to mirror the mother board, or rather said, flip it on it's vertical axis rather than on its horizontal axis? Basically just having the mother board be be moved 180 degrees so that it's not "flipped on it's head"?

Blöde Frage zum Thema PCIe Kabel für die GPU. Ich hab eine GPU mit 300W TDP gekauft, die 2 weitere 8 Pin Anschlüsse benötigt. (XFX Speedster Merc 310 Radeon RX 7900 XT) Die mitgelieferten Kabel meiner Straight Power 12 1000W scheinen ausschliesslich Y-Splitter zu sein (heißt, 1 Stecker geht in den 150W PCIe Anschluss in die PSU und daraus kommen 2 6+2 Pin Stecker raus, die dann in die GPU gehen). Das bedeutet doch eigentlich dass ich meine GPU underpowere, oder? (Weil 75W vom Motherboard + 150W durch den Y Splitter, was leider kleiner als 300W ist). Kämpfe aktuell leider manchmal mit PC Crashes während Gaming und bin daher am troubleshooten. Meiner Auffassung nach, muss ich also einen zweiten Y-Splitter nehmen, den ebenfalls in die PSU, und dann jeweils von einem Y-Splitter nur jeweils ein Ende in die meine GPU damit das vom Saft her reicht (75 + 150 + 150 > 300). Das KANN man so umbauen mit den mitgelieferten Kabeln, aber irgendwie unschön für Kabel-Management. Kann man in dem Lieferumfang der PSU noch "normale" PCIe Kabel packen, die keine Y-Splitter sind? (Korrigiert mich wenn ich was falsch verstanden habe, ist mein erstes PC Build...!)

New to building, and this is about the 20th video so far trying to figure out if this power supply works with the video card I bought. First of all, you now hold the title for worst most uninformative manual ever. Everyone wants to explain what everything is (of course I have no idea what they are saying) so it would be nice if someone showed us how it might hook up to different video cards. My video card is the gigabyte RTX 4080 Super, it says it takes a 16 pin connector or 3 8 pin, do I have that? My motherboard shows like 2 8 pin power connectors, do I have that. There is no information on amazon where I can buy it, no real information in any video, and absolutely nothing in your non-existent manual. back to watching videos, hoping someone will build using it, I watched one where they did, and they skipped right over plugging in the video card to where they had it all hooked up at the end.

I do...for my AI Home Server running 2 X 4090 and using all the connections for File Server and other projects. I need maxium power for this maximum beast. Local AI is the way to go if you don't want to feed the mega corp beasts your data.

Hatte bereits silent wings 3 im alten Gehäuse. Für das neue Gehäuse habe ich mir jetzt die Version 4 in weiß gekauft. Tolle Möglichkeiten und sehr praktisch. Aber es fehlt leider die Möglichkeit mehrere Lüfter zusammen zu schließen. Was für ein Kabel brauche ich dafür?

Habe ich mir nun auch zugelegt. das Silent Base 800 hat ausgedient. Der Zigarettenqualm hat es ziemlich zugesetzt und ist kaum noch zu reinigen. Die Gewohnheit wurde gekonnt abgewöhnt und es wird Zeit den Stinkekasten zu ersetzen :P Habe mich erst nach etwas anderen umgeschaut aber bin dann doch Treu geblieben als ich sah, das dass Silent Base 802 viel modularen Spielraum bietet. Schön ist auch zu sehen das die Obere Abdeckung aus zwei Teilen besteht. Man könnte also die längere Silent Blende nehmen, oben ein 120er Lüfter montieren und das kleine Endstück für bessere Abwärme weglassen sodass man eine Hybridlösung hat. Vor allem hat mich auch die Breite von 28cm überzeugt. Der Noctua NH-D15 ist ein kleiner Dickmann und die Seitenabdeckung mit Blende vom SB 800 kollidiert ganz gerne mit ihm. Muss die Blende halb offen lassen bzw die Clips etwas absägen damit die Seitenabdeckung geschlossen werden kann :D

Es tut mir so leid, aber ich musste eben so lachen :-D Ich sehe dich und dann wird der Name "Dieter Schmidt" eingeblendet. Ich hatte direkt einen glatzköpfigen Bierplauzen-Dieter mit zu kurzem T-Shirt, kurzer roter Hose und hochgezogenen Socken in Adiletten vor einem Wohnwagen vor Augen. Du cooler Typ passt mal so GAR NICHT in das typische Dieter-Bild. Verzeih mir, aber danke für den Lacher 😂

So as far as AI is concerned I just say throw it away I hate AI of any kind I prefer only the conventional method but it would be interesting to see 2 RTX 4090 without ray tracing ray tracing belongs in the trash in my opinion I'm not interested in realistic reflections not at all but I would like to see how many FPS 2 RTX 4090 can achieve
